Here are the steps on how Greenlads Payment Services will help refer your business regarding a new merchant account or business financing options:

  • Complete the pre-merchant application or discovery call and if possible, also gather supporting documentation listed below that identifies the business and transaction activity, if any.  The pre-application will not be submitted to Underwriting and a Merchant Services Consultant will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss options.  
  • Once a Merchant Services Consultant contacts you, please provide as much information as possible for review.  This is also to confirm details of a pre-application or discovery call – it is essential for any merchant services referrals or business financing due to how we match the best options available.  
  • If your business agrees and wants to move forward in the process, the Merchant Services Consultant will proceed with finalizing financial quotes, program details, and submit the complete application officially to Underwriting regarding Business Financing.  For Merchant Services, the best options will be provided by referrals. 
  • If you are approved for any of our services, you can call us for a follow-up but generally we will inform you ahead of time of any further steps.

Business Supporting Documentation:

Existing Businesses (6 months or more) should have the following documents ready to submit with the application:

  1. Articles of Incorporation, Organization, or Association
  2. 3 Months of Merchant Processing Statements
  3. Copy of Drivers License (when requested)
  4. Copy of Commercial Lease (when requested)
  5. Copy of Business License 
  6. 501(c) (3) Letter (Nonprofits)
  7. 3-6 Months Bank Statements (when requested)
  8. Last 2 years financials (tax records when requested)
  9. Utility Bills (Should show business location information when requested)
  10. Voided Check

 

New Businesses (less than 6 months) should have the following documents ready to submit with the application:

  1. Articles of Incorporation, Organization, or Association
  2. 1-3 Months Merchant Processing Statements
  3. Copy of Drivers License (when requested)
  4. Copy of Commercial Lease (when requested)
  5. Copy of Business License 
  6. 501(c) (3) Letter (Nonprofits)
  7. 1-3 Months Bank Statements (when requested)
  8. Utility Bills (If available, should show business location information when requested)

Greenlads Payment Services wants to offer fair and competitive rates; however, our company will do rate reviews within the first 3-6 months of processing volume to see if there is flexibility  as well as fair pricing.
